  Unexceptional as a shipper. They need to reevaluate how they handle drivers and appointments. No regard for our hours of service. It should be mandatory to put in rate confirmation that this place may take up to 6 hours loading. I would have never taken this load for what money was offered. No way to make appointment time, but you don't care about drivers as long as it's out of your warehouse, right? Pitiful company.

  Terrible. Had a delivery appointment at 6 am. Showed up at 5:50 am and we are still at the dock. Its 12:49 pm now. Their piece of paper that you will get loaded or unloaded in 30 minutes is a lie. They are going on our do not load list. With a new ELD mandate coming up a trucking company cannot afford lazy shippers and receivers. Shippers like this will sink your company. The loads are heavy, they pay nothing and they hold your truck all day making you miss your reloads and not getting your drivers home which can also cause you to lose a driver. Plenty of freight out there. Bypass this shipper.
