    I have been a customer at Upstate for several years and if giving 6 stars were possible, I would give the shop a 6. Nice people, fair prices and all of the mechanics are top notch. I'm not a mechanic but I've owned BMW's long enough to know a quality repair shop when I encounter one and Upstate certainly meets all of the criteria. Besides that, the personalize your experience so if a customer asks a question via email, they will take the time to respond in detail.

    Upstate has a 5 star rating from all of the review sites like this one for a reason. That's very difficult to achieve, especially for a car repair shop. Do yourself (and your car and wallet) a favor, call Upstate and make an appointment.
